The Charbel Executive Residence is a study in the architecture of ambition. Commissioned with a singular directive — to create a home that commands awe without surrendering warmth — IEO responded with an interior language rooted in European neoclassicism, reinterpreted for a family that lives grandly and entertains deliberately. The client’s vision was clear: soaring double-volume living spaces crowned by elaborate plasterwork medallions, cascading crystal chandeliers that anchor each room in drama, and a material vocabulary of Calacatta marble, hand-rubbed ivory lacquer, and brushed gold that speaks of provenance, not trend.

IEO’s approach transforms each zone — from the double-height reception with its glass-and-gold staircase to the moody, checker-floored bar lounge and the candlelit dining room with its theatrical floral tablescape — into a distinct chapter of a single, cohesive narrative. Every finish was specified for its ability to age with grace and to perform equally under daylight and the amber glow of evening entertaining. The result is a residence that holds its grandeur without effort: a home designed at the scale of legacy, and lived in with ease.
