For this office component of the One Hidalgo Project, IEO Studio Inc. shaped a professional environment that feels both contemporary and enduring, where restraint is elevated through material warmth, clean geometry, and deliberate detail. The reception and waiting area immediately establish this tone: a sculpted world map in natural wood transforms a simple lounge wall into a statement of global outlook, while the custom sofa, soft neutral palette, and warm cove-lit ceiling create an atmosphere that is composed, welcoming, and quietly executive. This visual language continues at the branded feature wall, where the Agripro mark is set against a marble-look backdrop, allowing the corporate identity to be read with clarity and distinction.

Beyond the entry, the interiors are resolved with the same discipline. The corridor is defined by glass doors, a curved textured wall, and restrained built-in ledges that soften circulation while preserving a sense of openness and flow. In the meeting room, pale wood surfaces, frosted glass, and black linear ceiling insets create a clean, focused setting designed for collaboration without visual noise. Overhead, the wood-paneled ceiling treatment introduces depth, rhythm, and architectural character—proving that even functional workspaces can carry a strong design presence when proportion and materiality are handled well.
